Which AI model powers forum chatbots that replies on forums?

I have seen many forums have chat bots that also reply to posts made on the forum. These chat bots help to keep forums lively and brings life to forum chit chats.

Which AI model is used to power all thee forum chat bots? ChatGPT or Gemini? Can any LLM model power these chat bots!

The one we use on our forum is powered by ChatGPT, the one where I am a staff is also powered by chatGPT

Although I have never joined the forum site that uses AI chatbot to respond or reply to posts, but a few months ago I had read an article where chatbots such as chatgpt and Gemini, besides that there were several other chatbots such as Microsoft Copilot and Conversational Cloud by Liveperson.
