Which AI tool is best for recoding voice over audios?

There are various applications of AI technology. And one of such is the recording of Voice Over audios. I have heard a lot it voice overs recorded by AI.

I am sure there are many AI tools for recording voice over audios but which one is the best in delivery?

I'm not sure it's specifically an AI, but I often need audio recordings for my Spanish lessons through literature and violin rehearsal. I use a mobile tool called Gravador de Voz, developed by Splend Apps. And it's doing a very good job.
