Which Android app offers the best audio to text transcription?

One of the productivity apps that are being used widely now are those apps that can transcribe Audio to text. It is used to take minutes of meeting and lectures after which they are converted to notes.

Since most people now operate mobile devices, which Android app is best for converting audio clips to text. I know of Otter. Which one do you know of and what makes it special?

Not sure though, but I just downloaded an app called translator's voice from play store. The rating are pretty okay but I haven't tried it yet so I can't be certain if it's good or not for now.
