Which at crypto exchange has the lowest withdrawal fees?

I have been considering opening an account in indian crypto exchanges and I find that some of them have very high withdrawal fees which are not suitable for small crypto holders. Which exchange has the lowest fees for withdrawal to bank account?

Of the ones I've tried, one of the lowest is Coinbase, I've also tried Kraken and it has acceptable fees, on the contrary some of the highest fees I found on OKX and Kucoin

If what you mean is low fees in the crypto market then I think Binance is still in the first tier. Here is a comparison of some well-known crypto exchange platforms such as
Binance from 0.001% to 0.1%
Coinbase from 0.1% to 0.3%
KuCoin from 0.0120% to 0.1%
Kraken starts from 0.i 0% to 0.25%.
