I was in my parents house today and my mom's fashion designer brought a clothe she was making for my mom so she can test it on. I was amazed at how much customer relationship she builds with my mom who is her customer.

Does any business you patronize come to serve you at home?

No, I do not have the experience of someone coming to my apartment to serve me personally. And I do not think I need it.

I have gone to some of my client's house to serve them. And it always makes them feel at ease. And they are always very happy with that.
