The demography of a place determines to a large and extent the kind of business that can thrive there. What kind of business would really do well in a location that has about 80% of the population being elderly from 55 years old up.

Definitely service based business, like home care, pharmacy or mobility aids. You ca also think of things like delivery services and senior fitness.

Certainly, the pharmacy business would really move very well in such a location. Elderly people need drugs quite often.

I suppose a pharmaceutical company, a nursing home, at least these are the two things that come to mind. It's a good question, because in a scenario like that you can't open, for example, a nightclub because clearly no one will go, haha. So I suppose this type of thing where you ensure that older people will come, a restaurant or cafeteria, I also think that should work.
