Which file transfer app is the best?

There are so many apps that can be used to connect devices to transfer files between them. Each transfer app has it's own unique strength.

Based on your rating, which file transfer app is best both on smartphones and laptops/ desktops. What are the features that stand that app out!

I don't know which one is best though, but for smartphones I mainly make use of xender. I think it is fast and easy to use.
