Which industries have minimum legal capitalization as a legal requirement in your country?

There are some industries that if you don't have a minimum capital requirement as prescribed by the law, you are not allowed to start such businesses. Like in my country, if a proposed bank can't raise $10 million, they won't be allowed to start running.
