Which is one easier to manage between attracting new customers and retaining existing customers in business?

For me l think that the easiest one is to attract new customers. That is because it's very difficult to retain existing customers because of parameters like unfair competition, among other contributing factors for sure.

Personally i don't think anyone is easy, as both requires constant effort to attract and to also retain them.
