Which is the best DEX exchange to use for your crypto trading right now?

I have never gotten to use a decentralized exchange for my transactions. And I would just want to try out one. Which of the decentralized crypto exchanges is suitable for one to try out? What are the pros and cons of it?

I rarely use DEX exchange, because there is no fiat money available, also the trading volume is low, but it is safe against hacking, and the government cannot interfere. In my opinion Uniswap is the best DEX exchange.

One of the disadvantages of dex exchange is that they don't allow cryptocurrency to fiat currency. You need to only use cryptocurrency to exchange to another cryptocurrency. Dex exchange is still evolving and there are many things to learn about them.
