Which is which between the fixed prices and negotiations?

So what kind of businesses do you like to patronise, the ones selling in fixed prices or those that allow for prices negotiations?

I don't have a specific place I patronize though. The most important thing for me is that they have what I want, and I am able to afford it.

I prefer to patronize businesses which offer products on fixed price. I am not a good negotiator.
