Which is which staying a debt free or taking loans and initiate consistent savings?

There are some people that urge, saving is very difficult for them especially when they owe no one. Instead they prefer taking some loans so that they can save money on it. What is your take?

I don't understand the logic. Taking loans and save the loan money? You end up paying the interests of the loan rather than able to save money.
