Whistleblower: 10-year-old Palestinian boy ‘gunned down’ after receiving food aid

Anthony Aguilar, a former Gaza Humanitarian Foundation contractor, describes what he saw on the ground in Gaza while trying to distribute aid to hungry Palestinians, including meeting a young 10-year-old boy, Amir, who thanked him and his colleague for the aid he was able to retrieve. Moments later, he says Amir was “gunned down” and killed. "We have no excuse as a nation...as a world to look at this and say we didn't know," he says.


This child was innocent. This child didn't deserve to die in such a gruesome way. Who gunned down the little boy? My heart sinks! That kid didn’t even have shoes. How is this okay? Who can be so callous as to do this?

War is evil and evil is war. You can hardly differentiate between which is which. 10 years old boy is too innocent and whoever killed the boy acted voluntarily and did not represent Israeli government. It is sad.

As of this moment no one can answer on who killed the little boy but some Gazans suspected Hamas as the culprit for they were not part of the food aid. I pity the little boy. The IDF has not done this horrendous act.
