Companies and corporate organizations are expected by law to have a dedicated corporate account for their transactions. The law of each country also specifies persons that are supposed to be signatories to such corporate accounts.

Who are the signatories to corporate accounts as specified by the laws of your country?

I think having all the staff as signatories would be too much. It is only three signatures that banks mostly require.
It should just be all the staff that are superior in the company and know about the internally running of the business
