Who do you prefer to do the cashiering in your business?

Assuming you have a big store in the city and you're planning to replace your cashier because of some anomalies done by your cashier. After an auditing it was learned that she failed to declare the true sales of your store. It's learned that the cashier stole almost $ 500 in a month successively so you kicked her out without compensating her or else she stays behind bars.

For me, it's best to require the applicants police clearance, NBI clearance, Fiscal's clearance and two recommendation letters from trusted people in the community or hire your qualified siblings?

I would prefer to employ an external professional cashier to handle cash in my business. I would be able to hold such person fully in responsible for any malpractice.

It's also a wise idea to hire a cashier a degree holder of a course like Commerce or Acccounting major. That applicant can manage cashiering well.
