Who provides internet connection to employees working at home?

Many companies have employees working at home. Do these employees arrange for their own internet connection or does the company arrange for the connection?

I think it depends on the company, there are some that provide wifi for them or has a budget for data connection, then there are some where the employees have to sort out their own data.

The company should pay for the internet services unless they are being paid for each task they carry out.
