Who would take over your business from you in case?

I run a musical band as part of my side hustles. One thing that makes me proud of the business is that I have two people that I are staff of the band whom I have raised and am sure can manage the band as much as I run it or even better.

Nobody for now but I'm in the process of finding a good person to groom. it could be my younger brother I know he would do well with the business later.

I do not own a business. My brother used to have a business. But his children are not interested in taking over the business when he retires. He sold the business and make some profits.

I do not have anyone who would take over my business, and I have not really thought about this aspect to be honest.

I don't have a business but when I eventually do and have kids, I would ensure that one of my kids is groomed to take over the business from me.
