The ability of customers to be able to reach a business easily is a very good thing for a business. The next level to this is having multiple channels for your customers to reach you. Do you think it benefits the business if customers can reach through multiple channels?
 
Having multiple ways for customers to reach a business is a big plus. Not everyone likes to communicate the same way. Some people prefer calling, others like sending emails, some use WhatApp or live chat, and others might reach out on social media. When a business gives customers options, it shows that they care about making things easier more convenient for them.
