Why altcoin hasn't gain as much value as Bitcoin

In the last couple of weeks, Bitcoin is soaring. At the moment is it is slightly down but it went as high as $89K. During this time altcoin also gained value but if you compare the price gain between bitcoin and altcoin, you will see there is a huge gap. Altcoin did not gain as much as they should have gained as compared to the last bullish run in 2021. Why do you think Altcoin did not rally much. Do you believe there will also be altcoin season soon?
