Why are Altcoins not moving even with BTC moving massively?

Has anyone observed with me? The altcoins are not really moving much even when BTC has already reached $70k. None of the altcoins has even been able to get close to their all time high. What is the reason for this market trend as at now?

I think patience is still needed here. The altcoins would move significantly somewhere along the run.
