Why are some people so audacious with their customers?

We were told that we have to really pamper our customers so that they can keep buying from us. But some people, they don't really pamper their customers. They are not rude though but they don't do all those shifting of grounds for customers.

And the customers still patronize them massively. How does it work for those businesses?

Probably because their products are unique or really good.

Some business people have extreme confidence and don't believe in their excessive persuading of customers.

There are actually various reasons as to why things like this happens. For some it might be due thd fact that they have too much customers hence they no longer care about what a few ones say. While there are some that simply do not know how to do so.
