Why do business organizations find it hard to refund money paid?

Even if one mistakenly pays excess for an order, it is always very difficult for business organizations to make refunds. They would rather tell the person to keep the money for the next order. Do you easily make refunds in your business?

Some organisation will intentionally hold the money expecting you to forget about it. In this kind of scenario, you have to press them with seriousness before you can be able to recover your fund.

I don't think so. Even banks that are well established would want to take seven working days to refund funds to the customers account.

That depends on individual company. Most companies prefer customers to spend the supposedly refund money for the next order so that they can make another sale. But there are companies which refund customers without questions asked if they make mistakes or there is something wrong with the products.

It depends on the company or business, most of them simply don't like returning money cause they consider it a bad omen, i have come across people like that, while some are just being lazy about going through the stress of resending.

Some businesses simply just don't have a refund policy. They don't expect refunds and don't prepare for it. In my business, the refund policy is clear and we would always easily refund.
