Why do so many people not following to their own saving plans?

Most people do their own saving plans according to the amount of income they earn and the expenses that they run on monthly basis. Unfortunately majority of these people fail to make savings as they initially planned. ls that the main reason for them staying poor? What do you think?

When it comes to this issue, there is actually no specific answer. For most of them it might be due to lack of self discipline, for some, they might be going through some unexpected expenses.
