Why do some employers and maid clash?

There are house helpers who are hiding something like the house helper my sister hires. For the first two weeks she was showing her good intention but after two weeks she almost committed a crime at home. My young nephew was at home with his mom and she was paid to watch my three year old nephew for two hours. When we reached home from the beach my nephew cried hysterically. He said that the maid knifelpoint at him. We checked his neck and saw a rash. I called the police and jailed her for 6 months for that assault. I kicked her before the police handcuffed her.
