One of the main disadvantage of working online, is that online workers and investors are ruthlessly cheated, exploited compared to offline workers. Why do some people, cheat and exploit others, is it because they are greedy , hate their victim or because they are confident that no action will be taken against them for cheating and exploiting others?

The online world have many societies which also contain the cheaters and also the bad which try's to still our money every day and every time, those peoples are very lazy peoples who want to get money without working hard.
Everyone would like to get some quick money without working, yet it appears that only some people can get away with cheating and exploitation because they have powerful friends and relatives, working in government agencies.
