Why do some people prefer to stick to the technology they know and refuse to try new technology?

There are people that I know who are not into new technology like Al or digital money transfer. They are very slow in adapting to new products technology and would rather stick with what they know. What do you think is the reason for people being resistant to new technology?

It is simple apathy because they don't know how the new technology would work or what to expect from it.

Many people are afraid of new tech because they feel it's difficult or will confuse them. Some have been scammed online and given up completely. There are also those who don't have time to learn new things and just stick with what they're used to. But the truth is, if you give yourself a little time and learn slowly, you can adapt and even benefit from it. Tech is not the enemy. It's just a tool.

Till now, many people are scared to have anything to do with crypto. That's how I dreaded crypto some years back too because I knew nothing about it.

Not everyone like stress, they have tasted the one they know, and it's working, so it's safer to go with that instead.
