Why do some rich people want everything for free?

Yet I have noticed that some extremely rich people, like a gujju stock trader do not want to purchase the domains legally, run an extortion racket to fake domain ownership and get a monthly salary for 11 years. How to make rich people pay the market price for domains, instead of faking ownership?

Rich people are rich because they are cheats. They try to get a lot of things for free.
