Domains are usually sold paying the market price, and domain prices are listed at dnjournal and other websites. Yet I have noticed that some extremely rich people, like a gujju stock trader do not want to purchase the domains legally, run an extortion racket to fake domain ownership and get a monthly salary for 11 years. How to make rich people pay the market price for domains, instead of faking ownership?

For some they simply feel cause of what they have been able to achieve, they are entitled to have these things for free.

Well, some people can be greedy so they want everything for free. They do not want to work hard for the things they want to have in life.
Rich people are rich because they are cheats. They try to get a lot of things for free.
They don't want to pay for it. They are humans too so will like to have some things free at times
