Why do you think the paid traffic couldn't be allowed by the Google adsense?

In most cases the Google adsense would advocate for the organic traffic. However most exchange sites do offer the paid traffic which is not allowed by the Google adsense.
What do you say about that?

Mighty is right. Google determines how the law of the SERAP will be. You have to abide by it or else you get banned from SERAP. Google crawlers recognised paid traffic from Google and other top sites like Yahoo, Microsoft, etc but don't count on traffic from social media and exchange sites. Therefore, you should know that Google laws or policies is one sided.

Adsense does not allow incentivized traffic, but you can of course advertise on social media and search engines for traffic.
