Their are various reasons to this, it could be that they where not impressed with the quality of your service, and this is usually normal for most new business, in other cases, it could be the cost of your products or services.
it can be for various reasons which includes high price, low quality of product and even improper marketing
Why most people fail to retain the first customer they had is that they most likely failed to build a relationship with the customer.
