Why does no one question financial fraud which can be legally proved?

It can be legally proved using financial records that the top tech, internet companies here are openly rewarding online fraudsters with government jobs, after criminally defaming the real domain investor paying all the expenses. Yet these top companies are able to get away with their financial fraud, the mainstream media refuses to cover the fraud which can be legally proved. In addition to destroying the reputation of the fraud victim, how do these top companies get away with financial fraud?
