Acceding to the report, the Baltic and Scandinavian regions are worried that Russia may set its sights on more territory following its invasion of Ukraine. Kremlin leader Vladmir Putin had actually signaled this. Russia is bordering Lithuania and Poland in the Baltic Sea, Baltiysk in the Kaliningrad region and it borders Finland and Estonia near the cities of Zelenogradsk and in the Gulf of Finland.
