Why is it hard for businesses to change suppliers?

Many businesses have stuck to one supplier for years. They didn't see the need to change the supplier even after ten years. Even small businesses stick to one supplier.

What do you think is the reason why a business finds it hard to change suppliers?

because of the trust and the exclusive prices that suppliers give them for all the time they have been buying from them.

When a business person has proven a supplier to be reliable, they can't easily switch because finding a reliable supplier is not easy.

When a supplier is exceptionally trustworthy, then there is need to maintain such a customer. When there is a strong relationship with your supplier, it makes it difficult to change the supplier.
