Testimonials from many parts of the world reports that offline sales are still recording significantly higher volumes than online sales. It is true too for my own country.

Why are offline sales still getting higher patronage than online sales despite the huge interest in digital marketing and sales.

I think one of the reasons is because a lot of persons still do not trust the Internet. There are people who prefer buying things they have seen and touch physically.

Personally I also prefer offline shopping especially for items that cost more than $100, because I can also directly try whether the smartphone, laptop that I bought can work perfectly, so we can directly hold, feel or try the goods before buying.

I believe more customers prefer to see products in person to determine their quality and value. Furthermore, they are concerned about potential scams because of the horror stories they have heard.
That's right just like me. I always wants to see the items in buying than just ordering it from online

That is the natural thing. Products sold offline have great advantage than those sold online. Buyers want to see the real thing. Buyers can touch, smell and ask for a discount not found or applicable in online businesses. There is also a tendency of a possible scamming.

In offline purchases we can check the item physically.
