Payoneer had approved the passport as id proof in 2022, and suddenly rejected in January 2026, claiming that it was not of good quality , and also not transferring the payment due. Instead of asking me to reupload the passport, they are asking for some other id proof and also refusing to process or refund payment.
Why do you think that Payoneer does not have a provision for reuploading the passport if the passport copy/photo is not of good quality?
