I have mostly seen that in my country's online merchants. You would see low prices on the items tags but very surprised when you get to know the actual prices.
Why online products seems to have lowered priced tags that the actual prices?

It could just be due to the fact that online shops don't have to pay rents. My experience though is different. Online shops are very expensive to buy from.
In most cases that is being caused by the constantly offers and discounts like the black Friday offers among others

Those who sell offline have to add their cost of transportation and any other expenses so they can make their profit. Hence, their price is more expensive than that of those who sell online. For most of the products online, once the shipping fee is added the price is almost the same as those who sell offline.
In my city, the price of products on online shops varies. But in general, their price is cheaper than offline shops.
