Why so many people are not happy with Netflix buying warner bros

As we know, Netflix has successfully bought Warner Bros and HBO if am not mistaken, while there are some who are excited about this cause it means they can now stream some of their favorites on Netflix, there are others who are worried. Netflix has been known to have a lot of movies with gay cast, scenes, or even storyline. Most believe this would also affect some of their beloved characters, or it simply means more gay content. What's your thoughts on this?
