There are some sets of customers that some business people don't joke with. They would rather displease other customers to please that singular customer. What could make a business person to be loyal to a customer? Is it the right thing to do?

A business owner tends to become loyal to a particular customer when that customer consistently makes purchases and recommends the business to others. In addition, if the customer buys products in bulk and provides positive reviews, this helps strengthen the owner's loyalty.

There are so many reasons for this, it could be because they are high paying customers. In other cases it could be because the customer is extremely loyal.
It is more because of those customers are high paying. It is normal for businesses to want to make high paying customers feel good because they pay very high.

I do not think a business is loyal to any particular person, I believe it offers same kind of treatment to all
Every business person has customers that they give preferential treatment to. And it is always because of a reason best known to the business.
