I have noticed that some publishers try to abuse Google Adsense by having multiple accounts. Having multiple AdSense accounts is against the rules. Your additional accounts can be blocked any time and you will lose money. There is no reason to create a second AdSense account. Google strictly prohibits it. Focus on growing your traffic and improving ad performance under one account. Follow the rules, and you will never need to risk your earnings with shady practices.

Anything against the guidelines is always risky anywhere. I also have heard adsense is more strict than other sites so people must be careful.
