Wicked selling tactics by Eureka Forbes in my city Rourkela

My " robo vac & mop" sold by Eureka Forbes, waste box started breaking bit by bit on it own just after 5 months of purchase. I lodged a complaint for replacement but in vain. They have been lying that they had booked the accessory and yesterday they said the waste box had reached their office and will be delivered but they haven't yet. They are lying so that the machine stops working and they can sell a new one to me. Isn't this a wicked selling technique? Moreover such appliances are quite expensive. I feel like filing a case in the consumer court.
