Wifi hotspot being switched off remotely

I am using a wifi hotspot for my internet connection and I find that a hacker is switching it off intermittently which is extremely inconvenient and leads to wastage of time. Does anyone know how the hacker is switching off the internet connection on the mobile hotspot and how to prevent it?

I think the intermittent internet connection might be caused by someone hacking into the Wi-Fi hotspot. Installing a security feature on your phone could be a good idea to keep it secure.
