WIFI or mobile data?

Wifi by all means, Mobile data is shamefully expensive in my country, compared to the small benefits. And it doesn't work properly in my quarter and in my mobiles. In addition, I and my husband are mostly online workers and we need a no stop connection only a wifi is able to provide.
