Will you be in or out eve of New Year?

Are you planning to be in or out eve of New Year with special friends? Some of my friends will go out partying in a beach and they are inviting me to join with them but I refused. There is also a party at home eve of New Year. We have 10 visitors. They are all my relatives. They want to spend the new year in the beach near home. They bring different foods and cookies.

I prefer to be inside home eve of New Year with my family and relatives There will be a lot of fun. We will exchange gifts at 11 midnight. After the party we will share together foods in the Media Noche. Advance Happy New Year everyone.

For most of the day I we definitely be in, then we have a cross over service in the evening. I guess that's where I would be spending my night.
