Although currently women and men are equal, many women have successfully run businesses and many women have become prime ministers and presidents. Likewise in the business world, women as entrepreneurs, leaders and business owners.

However, as women business owners, they are often faced with obstacles or choices between family and business careers, where women entrepreneurs must be able to maintain a balance between family and business, both as mothers of children or as wives who are faced with professional responsibilities, so that sooner or later it will cause personal and business conflicts. So if you are a woman entrepreneur, how do you maintain a balance between family and business?

I think a woman should take out time to start a business and establish it. Probably go on break while the business self runs to start a business.
