World bank and the Kenyan government issues capital grants to the youths.

In Kenya there is a currently ongoing program, dabbed NYOTA, whereby the government working together with the world Bank , gives the youths some money in form of grants to open or grow businesses. What it's your take on that?.

I think this is a good move, if the youths really use this money wisely it would help reduce unemployment and probably help the economy on the long run.
