The core functionality of some large language models are synonymous with what Google search is known for. Do you think that these large language models would render Google search completely irrelevant?

Can Google search still survive despite the popularity of the large language models?

I doubt the possibility. I don't see AI displacing Google because human writing and reasoning is still far ahead of AI. Moreover, Google standard is very high for AI to conquer because what AI is giving out is compilation of human assembled data.

Right now I don't see this happening, but if ai continues to grow at a rapid rate at which it is growing right now, then I believe it's possible.
