Would it make my customers trust my business more if I highlight the flaws of my product in my advertising?

Most product adverts always want to exaggerate the product and never want to mention the obvious flaw of the product in their advertising messages.

Do you think if a product advert highlights both the strengths of the product and the obvious flaw, it would make the customers trust by business more?
 
advert that shows product's strengths and weaknesses creates sense of trust with customers because they know the company is not hiding anything and gives them true picture of what they are buying. Customers feel the brand straightforward and they quickly build trust in the business.
 
I believe it can be beneficial in highlighting the product’s weaknesses while also looking more authentic to potential customers. Some people exaggerate the advantages, even if they aren’t really accurate or true, which can disappoint buyers.
 
Definitely, highlighting the flaws of a product builds trust in the brand. That is why most medicine come with a prescription leaflet which explains the Flaws or the side effects of the medicine. This builds total trust and confidence as it warns the customer of the danger ahead and how to avoid it.
