Would mind reading technology be a reality?

I heard that some tech people are developing neuro transmitters that can be used to read minds. This would really affect the privacy of people if it comes through.

Do you think that mind reading technology would be a reality in the world? How soon would it happen?

I heard there are some persons making research on it, so I am guessing it would be possible in the future.

I don't want this particular tech innovation to see light. We are already struggling with privacy issues and this would shatter it all.

I sincerely don't think mind reading technology should be allowd to exist except we all would be in great danger.

I think that gadgets would be extraordinary if are invented correctly. Let's wait and see how it goes.

It doesn't make sense when devices like this that are meant to control people is envisaged. I am not in support of the app.
