Would you accept monetary gifts from a person who is clearly struggling financially?

I think everyone loves to be given monetary gifts. No one rejects money as gifts. But would you feel good getting monetary gifts from someone who is clearly struggling with their finances? Would you feel guilty taking such monetary gifts?

I think I would just accept the gift. Then shortly after, give the person a gift that is double of what he or she gave me.

To be honest i would feel guilty taking it, then again if the person still insist in me taking it, i will take it and use it to do something for them later on or simply dash them back.

For what reason do people give me gifts, I have never had anyone give a gift of money whose financial situation is below mine, of course I would refuse, and instead I should be the one giving money to them.

It is not nice to reject gifts. I would accept the monetary gift and add something to return back to him.

That's just the way to go. Give him or her something that would really be beneficial and impactful to them in return. Don't turn down their gifts.
