Imagine a local business that you support has both online and in-person customer support. Which would you choose to patronize between the two as a customer all other factors being equal.

Do you think in-person customer support is always more effective than online support?
 
If I am chanced, I would prefer to get in-person support. It is quicker than any online support most times.
 
If their online support is fast and active, then am going to choose this. I will only go there in person if the online support is inactive.
 
The cost of commuting and the stress of it is not something I like. I would rather only patronize a service that has a very solid online support.
