A customer asked me to make dress for her. And I was behind by two hours on delivery schedule. This customer came to the shop and created so much scene and made noise. Being the good business person, I kept mute and focused on delivering her clothe and that was done.

Now the customer called me that she has an important event to attend and needs me to deliver an urgent work to her. I turned her down not because of don't have time but because of her previous display.

Would you again work with a customer that was so rude to almost fighting you?
